Videos of the drivers from this firm on on the web and in the National news in the U.K. driving a 44 tonne HGV whilst absolutely drunk out of his mind ! Blew over 100 on the machine and couldn’t even get the lorry round the roundabout! A companies judgement is beyond shocking if this is the kind of drivers they Employ! Lucky he didn’t kill a lot of people! Feel free to watch the video online!

Let's start from the beginning, order from Mrs. Bianka. Loading in England, after we received the papers on Friday, the driver wanted to clear customs on Saturday and go through the ferry. We received the wrong document number after long attempts to contact Mrs. Bianka, she did not reply or pick up the phone. I received a message on Monday with a new document and information that there is no intention to add to our freight for parking and delay with unload, which is not our fault. after arriving in the Czech Republic for customs clearance, the driver waited again from 6:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. to find out that they had not sent any documents to close the customs clearance. The unloading was delayed from Wednesday to Thursday, but as it turned out, we were booked there only on Friday, finally they unloaded Thursday . Mrs. Bianka does not want to compensate us for our losses in any way. Total lack of organization and professionalism. It took 7 days and the entire route was planned. 2.5 I do not recommend cooperation with this forwarder

Stuck behind one of trawoger trucks on the A7 from Galashiels to Edinburgh doing 30mph all the way. You would think it would pull over and let the line of cars past but nope 30mph on a 60mph road nice and safe.

This company was very good in the beginning and still is resisting of future challenges.The only problem sometime disponents are behaving bad and that leads to drivers beenning angry. If somebody want to destory a logistic company, just put inside the company shity Disopos!
